Peach Cobbler

 

1 large can of peaches in heavy syrup
1 stick of margarine, melted
1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk

 

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Grease a 9 x 13 baking pan with a little margarine.

Mix the melted margarine and the can of peaches together. Pour into the 9 x 13 pan.

Mix the flour and sugar together. Add the milk and mix thoroughly.

Pour the milk/flour/sugar mixture over the peach mixture.

Bake for 30 minutes or until the top browns.

*Optional—add some vanilla, cinnamon and/or nutmeg to the milk mixture for variety.
